The Antiquity Guild

Contact the Guild

Billing, account and technical problems, gift questions and general questions. No sign-in needed.

Today the Guild is one person: the Guildmaster reads these messages.

The Guildmaster checks messages at least weekly and more often when possible. This is not an emergency service or a promise to resolve a message within a week. Before private account changes, the Guild verifies identity in a way proportionate to the change.

If you need help with food, housing or another need, the Guild cannot take help requests yet; the help page lists 988, 211 and local resources that can respond now. To report a concern about someone’s conduct confidentially, use Report a Concern. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911.

Never send a password, card number or security code. If it is about your account, give the username or email on it.

Only if you chose to hear back on this page. This page saves nothing and clears these boxes when you leave, but your browser or device may keep traces, such as your history.

Your inbox shows only your correspondence and status, not internal notes or another person’s information. If you lose the secret, matching details do not unlock the old conversation. You may start a new message.
