Today the Guild is one person: the Guildmaster receives and handles reports, and there is no independent review yet, including for concerns about the Guildmaster. Before reading a report, the Guildmaster declares any conflict: their own word, not an independent check; if they declare one, the report is held like a report about the Guildmaster. As the Guild grows, reports will go to a temporary council of at least three uninvolved Representatives or Guardians, from nearby Nodes if needed, as the Living Book provides.

The Guildmaster checks messages made available to them at least weekly and more often when possible. This is not an emergency service or a promise to resolve a report within a week. A held report is not being reviewed.

Your identity is protected and never revealed for convenience. A fair review may need to share what happened with the people involved, so not every detail can stay private. Share only what you are comfortable with; less detail can limit what can be done.

Only the Guildmaster receives reports today, so this one has no independent review. Hold it: the site shows it to no one until someone independent can receive it (how is not decided yet); to keep the choice of sending it later, also choose “I may come back” below. Send it to the Guildmaster: they must take it to open discussion and, if needed, a full consensus vote; today no one else checks those steps. Naming the Guildmaster’s handle or REP number above holds it too, but only ticking this box gives you the choice.

Participation and follow-up are optional. You see only your own correspondence and status, not internal assessments or other people’s information. New relevant information may lead to renewed review, including after a report closes. If you lose your secret, matching details do not unlock the old conversation; you may start a new report.

Only if you chose to come back. A reference alone shows nothing; enter it with your secret. Older receipt codes no longer open anything here; you can send a new report that mentions the old code.

This page saves nothing and clears these boxes when you leave, but your browser or device may keep traces, such as your history.
