Where: 14434 Ambaum Blvd SW, Suite 5, Burien, WA 98166
Languages: Many providers and staff speak more than one language. A Spanish version of the website is available. Ask when you schedule about your language.
Accessibility: On Ambaum Blvd SW (Metro RapidRide H corridor); Saturday hours unusual for the territory
Cost: Sliding-fee scale based on income and household size. Bring proof of annual household income to your visit (for example a tax return, two recent pay stubs, or an agency letter). A fee is due at the visit, and any further charges are billed with eligible discounts applied, so a sliding scale does not mean free. Sea Mar says it provides all services regardless of ability to pay. The clinic offers insurance guidance and support; ask which insurance it accepts.
Who can use: Open to patients of any age, religion, ethnicity or sexual orientation, regardless of income, occupation, gender, immigration status or citizenship status. Walk-in is listed only for HIV/STI testing and PrEP, depending on provider availability. For other care, call (206) 812-6140 to ask about walk-in or appointments.
