Earlier Guild prototypes included a monthly sweepstakes concept as a way to draw attention, create public rhythm, and let the Guild practice transparent payout and recordkeeping. That idea remains valuable, but it is not part of the launch membership loop.
This page preserves the module without turning it on before the required public rules, compliance review, recordkeeping process, and entry method are ready.

carried forward, while the unsafe or incomplete entry form is not deployed.
